Shipping in general
We send our products with courier (GLS Group), to your address. You will receive a tracking code in e-mail, with which you will be able to follow the progress of the delivery. If you are not at home at the time the package arrives, you will receive a note from the courier detailing how you can obtain the package.
How long will the shipping take?
It is very important for us that you receive your order quickly. For this reason, if the product is not on our stock, than we prepare it for you and post it within 2 days. When we hand over the package to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code. It may take 2- 5 days for the courier to deliver the package depending on your location.
How much does the delivery cost?
Shipping is free, if your order reaches or exceeds €70. Under €70 the delivery cost is € 9.
How can I ensure the precise and timely delivery?
It helps if you give as precise delivery information and as many as possible. You can have your package delivered to your work, too. In this case please give us all the details. During the order you can use the note section, too, to give us directions.
What if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, the courier will leave a note with contacts detailing how can you obtain your package.
