You can return your order within 16 days from delivery, provided the piece is unused and undamaged. We refund the purchase price after the product arrives, you need to pay only for the return package.

Warranty Process

We carefully examine the products before dispatching them to you to ensure you get a flowless experience with us. In case the product you recieve is damaged please let us know on the following e-mail address: service@ziliaj.com. It is important that you let us know without delay, to enable us to help with your query efficiently. 

After the return of the product, we  carefully examine it and offer you a repair or replacement or other solutions in accordance with the applicable EU and local law.

1, Warranty period starts with the handing over of the product and lasts as long as it is stated on the warranty paper. Our warranty period is in accordance with local law. In case there is a discrepancy, the local law takes precedence.

2, The warranty request can be submitted with the receipt or warraty paper which was included in the package

3, When repair or replacement is not possible or are too costly, than the buyer can request price reduction, or refund.

4, Our goal is to resolve all outstanding warranty issues as quickly as possible. We aim to respond and resolve all issues within 2 weeks. The warranty period is extended with the time the buyer was not able to use the product due to the damage.

5, It is vital to let us know, without delay, if there is an outstanding warranty issue with our products. If the repair  or any other alteration was conducted by a 3rd party, without our written authorisation, than the product looses the warranty cover entirely.

6. Warranty does not cover the following cases:
- If the damage is caused by abnormal use, for example: physical impact, scratching, unusual wear, chamicals. 
- Warranty cannot be used to fix issues casued by the normal wear.
- If you are not following the guidelines in point 5 the product looses the warranty cover.
 

Guidelines to wearing Zilia jewelry

You can minimise the possibility of damage if you follow these points:

- When you dress up, put on your jewelry as the last item.

- Do not wear jewerly, while sleeping and cleaning, unless otherwise is stated in the description.

- Wearing bracelets together with watches can damage both, which is not covered by warranty.

- Damage can occur due to physical impacts, chemicals, perfumes, treated water, detergents and body creams. During the manufacturing process we use special treatments to increase the longevity of our products. While they provide extra protection, careful handling is still important.
